The presentation will cover some new and emerging technologies that are being developed in pilot programs with faculty at Kansas University's Medical Center in the Teaching and Learning Technologies' Department, a team of ten staff members (10) devoted to exploring and developing both vendor solutions and free and open source, emerging and existing technologies with the purpose of increasing rigor, relevance and relationships in F2F, blended, and web delivered courses. I will be demonstrating a variety of free/open source software (Audacity, iSpring, Jing, etc.) that KUMC uses in pilot or beta with KUMC faculty across three schools, School of Nursing, School of Medicine and the School of Allied Health.
